Shipping & Delivery
Please allow two working days for Auckland delivery. Overnight/next day courier is available for New Zealand orders upon request and will incur additional charges. Items of interest will be put on hold from your enquiry date until payment is received. If payment is not received within three working days, items will be returned to stock..

Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why. No returns on sale or clearance items. Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or on-line store credit or exchanged for a different item. Freight charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date for New Zealand (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items). In all cases the items returned must be in original condition and packaging with all label and sale tags attached. All goods will be inspected on return.   The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Within New Zealand, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude GST (15% sales tax). Within Australia and internationally, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) or local currency and include GST. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason and at any time.
Payment is by way of credit card or direct deposit/internet banking transfer into our account only. If paying by way of direct deposit, we will provide you with a reference number for your direct deposit. Once funds have been received and cleared we will courier your items to your nominated postal address Please note:
This must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
Viewing Orders
We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required. All item will be quality-checked before being sent to you. Exchanging items based on a ‘change of mind’ will incur the cost of the courier.
